Welcome to JensiDesignStudio.com. Jensi Design Studio and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Jensi Design Studio, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Jensi Design Studio service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Jensi Design Studio, whether or not included in the Jensi Design Studio website, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. At Jensi Design Studio, we pride ourselves on providing you with the best quality products available. We inspect your order at least three times throughout our production process to ensure it meets our specifications!
Shipping & Delivery
Jensi Design Studio uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx) to deliver our goods. Customers are free to choose the delivery method of their liking.

Shipment times depend on your product. Most items will be shipped between 7 to 14 business days. Custom orders can take up to 30 days depending on the complexity of your product. Customers will be informed of their projected shipping times if it exceeds normal production.
Expedited shipping services are also available to customers.

All items purchased from Jensi Design Studio are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All information collected by JensiDesignStudio.com about our customers shall remain confidential and shall not be shared with any outside parties, unless done so at the expressed consent of the customer providing said information.

Jensi Design Studio does not sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. Returns, Cancellations & Replacements
You may return most new and unopened non-customized items fulfilled by Jensi Design Studio within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a restocking fee of $10.00 or 15% of the gross order, whichever is greater. Any customized items, which may include custom design graphics, names, organizations, etc. will not qualify for a refund unless Jensi Design Studio was at fault by way of mis-prints and/or incorrect color tones. On these orders, store credit may be granted on an individual basis. If an error occurred on the part of Jensi Design Studio, we will pay for the return shipping costs. On all other returns, the customer must pay the shipping cost.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not receive a refund. No refunds will be given on personalized items.

Cancellation requests must be recieved within 24 hours after an order is placed. Otherwise, the order will have begun production and cannot be refunded. After the 24 hour time frame, store credit may be issued on an individual basis. All cancellation requests are subject to a restocking fee of $10.00 or 15% of the gross order, whichever is greater.

If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, you may request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with your return. All exchanges are subject to approval by Jensi Design Studio; we do not guarantee that all our items can be exchanged for another.

Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process returns. This does not include production and transit time.
Reviews, Comments, Communications, and other Content
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Jensi Design Studio reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Jensi Design Studio and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Jensi Design Studio and its affiliates and sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. Product Descriptions
Jensi Design Studio and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions. However, Jensi Design Studio does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Jensi Design Studio itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The list price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the list price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the list price may be provided by the merchant.
With respect to items sold by Jensi Design Studio, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order the product. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mis-priced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to JensiDesignStudio.com or to products you purchase through Jensi Design Studio shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Columbus, Ohio, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Jensi Design Studio's intellectual property rights, Jensi Design Studio may seek injunction or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Ohio, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
